We are delighted to announce the promotion of our long tenured colleague Samuel Wu to Partner at Fleuchaus & Gallo - becoming the first truly international partner in our firm’s history.

A Canadian national with a truly global professional footprint, Samuel began shaping his career in IP with several years in Japan before starting his European training with us. For the past 12 years, he has been an integral part of our Munich office. In a senior associate position, he has embraced representing our firm at international conferences, such as APAA where he has reinforced and created new relationships of the firm in the APAC region.

Demonstrating a combination of technical depth and legal excellence to our IP practice over the years as a Computer Scientist and European Patent Attorney, and most recently Representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), our clients have come to expect advice with precision, strategic vision, and international perspective. His analytical sharpness, dedication to clients, and forward-thinking mindset have made him a trusted advisor and valued colleague.

Outside the office, Samuel’s competitive spirit and love for technology continue - whether gaming, playing tennis, or snowboarding down alpine slopes.
